What we collect
When you send us an enquiry or request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form:
- your name
- your email address
- your website address, if you provide one
- your message and the type of enquiry you selected.
Like any website, the servers that deliver this site also process technical information such as your IP address and browser type. This is used to deliver pages and protect the site, not to identify you.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and provide the services you ask for. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for marketing without your permission.
Services that handle your information
- Formspree receives the forms on this site, stores your submission and emails it to us.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from abuse.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It runs in your browser when you use a form.
- Tuta is our email provider. Form notifications and any emails you exchange with us are stored encrypted on its servers in Germany.
These providers may store or process your information outside Australia, including in the United States and Germany.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary to keep the site secure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact page. We'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
