How We Work
Free First Consultation
We start with a free, no-obligation consultation to understand your business and what you need. You can reschedule it once at no charge. After that, a rebooking fee may apply.
Your Quote & Deposit
After the consultation, we'll send you a quote for the work we've agreed on. If you're happy to go ahead, we ask for a third of the total up front. That locks in your spot in our schedule and lets us get started.
Changes Along the Way
The rest is due when the project is finished. If you ask for extra features or design changes along the way, we'll talk through the cost first and only go ahead once you've approved it.
Final Invoice & Launch
Before your site goes live, we'll send a final invoice listing everything, including any extras you approved. Once it's paid, we launch your site and hand over the final files.
