We'll recommend a reliable registrar for your .com or .com.au, and you buy the domain in your own name.
You Give Us Access
You add us as a user on the account, so we can do the setup without your password or card details.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you buy the domain for me?
No, and that's on purpose. When you buy it yourself, the domain is legally yours. We'll recommend a reliable registrar for your .com or .com.au. You create the account and give us access, so we can set things up without ever seeing your payment details.
What if I already own a domain somewhere else?
No problem. Whether it's with GoDaddy, Namecheap or someone else, we'll let you know the easiest way to give us access. If you'd rather move it to a new provider, we can handle that too. We recently moved Chill Marine's domain and email to an Australian provider without any downtime.
Why don't you use Google Workspace for custom emails?
We can set it up if you'd like it. Most of the time, though, we suggest email hosting from the same company as your domain. It's usually cheaper, keeps your bills in one place, and means we don't need access to your wider Google account.
Can you set up encrypted email for sensitive work?
Yes. If your business handles confidential information, like legal matters, client finances or health records, we can set you up with encrypted email on your own domain. Your inbox is locked so that only you can read it, not even the email provider. It's an advanced option, so we'll explain the pros and cons and make sure it suits your business before we switch you over.
Where will my website actually be hosted?
It depends on what we build. Shopify and Squarespace host your site for you, and it's included in your plan. Custom sites go on a fast global network, so they load quickly wherever your visitors are.
What are SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?
They're settings that prove an email really came from your business. Without them, your emails are more likely to end up in spam, and it's easier for scammers to pretend to be you. We set them up for you.
