Do you build custom themes or use templates?
We start with a quality Shopify theme and customise it to match your brand. You get a store that looks like yours, without the cost of building one from scratch.
Can you move my existing store to Shopify?
Yes. Whether you're on WooCommerce, Squarespace or Etsy, we'll move your products across, along with your customers and past orders where your old platform allows it.
Will I be able to edit the website myself after launch?
Yes, it's your store. Shopify is built so you can add products, update stock and send out orders yourself as part of running your business. If you'd like design changes down the track, just let us know and we'll make them for you.
Do you help set up third-party apps?
Yes. We'll recommend and set up apps for things like email newsletters, product reviews and subscriptions. We'll only suggest the ones you need, since many charge a monthly fee.
How long does a typical Shopify build take?
Usually 3 to 6 weeks, depending on how many products you have, any custom features, and how quickly we get your photos and product details.
Is Shopify right for my business?
If you want to sell products online, it usually is. If you only want to show your products and take enquiries, Squarespace can be simpler and cheaper. That's what we did for Chill Marine.
