Do you build custom templates or use standard ones?
We start with a Squarespace template and customise the design and code to match your brand. You get a site that looks like yours, without the cost of building one from scratch.
Can you move my existing website to Squarespace?
Yes. Whether you're on WordPress, Wix or Shopify, we'll move your pages, blog posts or products across, and set up redirects so people and Google can still find your old pages.
Will I be able to edit the website myself after launch?
Yes, it's your website. Squarespace lets you update text, swap images and add pages yourself whenever you like. If you'd like design changes or something new added later on, just let us know and we'll take care of it for you.
Do you help set up third-party integrations and custom code?
Yes. Squarespace does a lot on its own, and where it doesn't, we can add custom code or connect other tools like booking systems and email newsletters. For Chill Marine, we built a full product catalogue with quote requests, without them needing a more expensive Squarespace plan.
How long does a typical Squarespace build take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how many pages you need, any custom features, and how quickly we get your words and photos.
Is there anything Squarespace isn't suited to?
If you're selling a lot of products, Shopify handles stock, shipping and payments better. And if you need something complex, like a custom app, we'll tell you up front and point you to someone who specialises in it.
